Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Attendant to create a welcoming and positive experience for all visitors and guests. In this role, you will serve as the friendly face of our organization, providing exceptional guest services, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations throughout your shift. Your enthusiasm, clear communication skills, and commitment to outstanding service will help foster a fun, safe, and engaging environment for everyone.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about available services or activities
Assist visitors with questions, directions, and general inquiries in a professional and approachable manner
Handle cash transactions accurately during ticket sales or food service operations
Support food service activities by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
Engage with children through interactive activities or supervision to ensure their safety and enjoyment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas, including counters, seating, and entry points
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience and uphold safety protocols at all times

Requirements

Prior experience working with children is highly desirable
Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate with diverse audiences
Proven customer service experience with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred
Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
