About Us:

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Project Estimator to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Project Estimator at NV Piping Systems Inc., you will play a critical role in our project management team, providing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for a variety of stainless-steel piping projects. Your expertise will help ensure the successful planning and execution of projects while maintaining our standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze project requirements, specifications, and drawings to develop detailed cost estimates.
Prepare and submit bid proposals for various stainless steel piping projects.
Communicate with clients to clarify project details and address any questions or concerns.
Review and compare vendor and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.
Track and analyze project costs to provide insights for future estimates and improve accuracy.
Support the project management team throughout the project lifecycle, from initial estimation to project completion.
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall project success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field would be considered an asset.
2-5 years of experience in project estimation, preferably in the stainless steel or piping fabrication industry.
Strong knowledge of construction and fabrication processes, materials, and methods.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to stainless steel piping fabrication.
