About the Role

We are currently hiring for the position of full time Housekeeping Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Inspecting guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance readiness
Providing on-floor supervision, coaching, and support to Room Attendants and Porters
Coordinating with Housekeeping leadership to manage daily operations, room assignments, and workflow
Reporting and following up on maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items
Communicating with the Front Desk, Guest Experience, and other departments to ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction
Supporting training, onboarding, and quality improvement initiatives within the housekeeping team
Upholding Langdon Hall’s Core Values by modeling professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence

What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re looking for someone with:

2–3 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality, with prior supervisory or inspection experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team.

Pay & Schedule

Wage: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Shifts may include early mornings and/or late evenings.
Start Date: As soon as possible
