Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be involved in various aspects of food preparation, service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer orders accurately.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Handle cash transactions efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas following food safety guidelines.
Assist with serving food and beverages to customers promptly and courteously.
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Follow time management practices to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food handling and safety practices is essential.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests.
