Full job description

Award-winning Anita's Skin Care Spa, located in the prestigious Medical Centre 1 at The Boardwalk is hiring. The Spa, now in its fourteen year of service, is defined by excellence and pampers its diverse clientele with exclusive European products and an impeccable level of service.

We offer friendly, supportive mentoring, a flexible, full-time work schedule that includes some evenings and weekend hours, and an environment where you will build your professional skills. We value our hard-working staff and guarantee an hourly rate or a commission of 40% on services and 15% on retail- whichever is higher in a pay period.

-Passionate about your profession, you serve your clients in a kind and inviting manner.

-Your facials are world-class, and you also provide impressive waxing, tinting, and nail services. Laser experience is preferable.

-You possess a thorough knowledge of skin, facial massage, and extraction techniques.

-Your cleanliness and sanitation skills are second to none.

-Dedicated to your profession, you eagerly continue to train, learn, and apply new techniques.

-Dedicated to your clients, your communication style complements your award-worthy.

-You desire to obtain laser training and become a highly skilled laser technician.

-Confident of your client-attraction and retention skills, you are comfortable with commission-based earnings paid on services provided and products sold (guaranteed hourly earnings included).

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas.
Perform various esthetic services, including body waxing, manicures, pedicures, facials.
Assist with retail sales and product demonstrations to enhance customer experience.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Support front desk operations and guest services as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
