Position

1 Part Time Position - Must be available for all the blow shifts.

Mon, Wed, Fri (10am - 2PM) + Sat, Sun (Between 10am to 9pm) - Must be available every weekend and weekdays mentioned.

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Play Center Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children and their families. You will interact with guests, manage activities, and ensure that all areas of the play center are clean and well-maintained. If you have a passion for working with children and providing exceptional guest services, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about the play center's activities and rules.
Processing payments and managing transactions.
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the play center, including play equipment, restrooms, and common areas.
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the facility.
Clean & sanitize the facility before, during, & after playground bookings (drop in play, birthday parties, camps and school trips)
Party Host Duties : Setup/Take down party decorations, Assist customers takin supplies to party room
Cafe work duties - Prep and server drinks and food
Organize & return toys to their designated playrooms
Contact guests regarding booking, protocols & invoicing
Enforce playground rules and regulations
Ensuring public safety protocols are followed

Requirements

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Excellent public speaking abilities to engage with guests effectively.
A friendly demeanor with a passion for creating enjoyable experiences for families.

Position

1 Temporary Position

Mon, Wed, Fri (10am - 2PM) + Sat, Sun (Between 10am to 9pm) - Must be available all weekends

Hour Expectations

15-25 hours per week.
