About Evera Psychotherapy
Evera Psychotherapy is a growing private practice providing evidence-based, trauma-informed mental health care. We offer in-person services in Guelph and virtual therapy across Ontario.
As our practice grows, we are expanding our support for women across different stages of life, with a particular focus on perinatal and reproductive mental health. Our clients may be navigating fertility and conception, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, postpartum adjustment, anxiety, depression, identity changes, relationship concerns, and the transition to parenthood.
Our approach is relational, client-centred, culturally sensitive, and grounded in helping clients feel safer in their bodies, more connected to themselves, and empowered in their lives. We also value collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated, well-rounded care.
