Full job description

We are currently seeking a talented Photographer / Videographer with focus in real estate industry to join our team on a project-based basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for early-career professionals to gain valuable experience and build their portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality photographs and videos of real estate properties.
Edit and enhance media content to meet our standards.
Collaborate with our creative team to ensure consistency and quality.
Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.

Requirements:

Proficiency in photography and videography techniques.
Experience with editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills.

Full-Frame Camera

Wide lens ( 10mm+ )

Gimbal

Tripod

Drone ( Optional)

Light Amaran ( optional)

The position is paid project-based.

To ensure a consistent review process, all applicants are required to submit the following:

A portfolio showcasing photography and/or videography work (real estate preferred)
A list of camera gear and lenses
Your hourly rate for photography and videography
Your service area and availability

If you do not have a real estate portfolio, please submit 5 sample photos from a residential property, including:

Interior: living area, bedroom(s), bathroom(s), and corridor
Exterior of the house

Please provide both the RAW files and the final HDR images for these samples.
