Full job description

This is an onsite Linux Server Administrator Consultant role. The successful candidate must be able to work onsite 4 days/week (with option to work remotely one day per week).

Must have Experience:

Knowledge and experience (5+ years) required with:

RHEL Linux administration
Kubernetes administration, with some Nutanix NKP experience
Red Hat Satellite

Knowledge and experience preferred:

SAN storage administration – HPE 3PAR\Nimble and NetApp
SAN Fiber Channel administration – Brocade
VMware administration
Ansible scripting
Service Now / ITIL processes

Familiarity with the following would be beneficial:

HPE hardware support including ProLiant DL and SimpliVity HCI servers
Microsoft Windows Server & Active Directory administration and support
CIFS Files Shares
Cohesity
Some experience managing projects (individually or teams) and a familiarity with Project Management processes/methodology.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities are server support, including technical and non-technical (scheduling, communication, etc.) activities.
This role will include daily operational as well as project work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
