About Tee On Golf Systems:

Our offerings include online tee sheet management, point-of-sale (POS) systems, food and beverage management, and online store capabilities. We empower golf facility operators to take greater control over their business, significantly increasing efficiency and enhancing customer service.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Account Executive at Tee On Golf Systems, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding our presence across North America. Your primary focus will be on identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with golf courses, resorts, and golf management companies. You will build relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to help golf operators optimize their business with our technology.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Identify and engage potential customers, including private, public, and resort golf courses.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a steady flow of new business.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling software demos tailored to the needs of golf course operators.
Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and revenue.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including general managers, directors of golf, and ownership groups.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Industry Engagement: Attend golf industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our solutions.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience preferably in golf, hospitality or sports technology.
Track Record: Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of golf course operations and industry trends.
Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Self-Motivation: Highly organized and able to work independently.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
Travel: Willingness to travel for sales meetings and industry events.
