The company utilizes AI enabled tools to organize candidate responses. These tools may be used in the screening or assessment of applicants.

Coordinate and book all travel arrangements for employees, including flights, hotels, and car rentals, ensuring compliance with company travel policy guidelines and budget.
Maintain accurate records of travel details, including itineraries, hotel reservations, taxies and car rental confirmations.
Schedule and coordinate employee safety training sessions, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Manage and schedule pre-access drug and alcohol screenings for employees according to client requirements, ensuring timely completion and accurate recordkeeping.
May schedule and coordinate site orientations for new employees, ensuring awareness of site-specific safety protocols and procedures.
Coordinate employee accommodations and set up direct billing accounts with hotels.
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing documents, answering phones, and responding to emails.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistical operations and efficient communication.
Other work-related duties as assigned.

Minimum of up to 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics or equipment coordination and/or administrative experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and internet applications is a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and partners.
Ability to prioritize tasks, identify problems and provide potential solutions.
Flexibility and adaptability to changes in business processes, goals and priorities.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently and maintain a high degree of accuracy.
Discretion when dealing with confidential and highly sensitive information.
