Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as an experienced line cook. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving home made, pub-style meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of food safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards
Serve food to customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
Handle food with proper safety and hygiene practices, adhering to all food handling regulations
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment
Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with ordering when necessary
Follow all food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and customer satisfaction

Experience

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Experience in the food industry or related field is highly desirable
Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Prior experience with serving or food service roles will be considered an asset

Rémunération : 20,00$ à 25,00$ par heure
