This position is essential to the success of our daily operations. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting the culinary team behind the scenes.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, Permanent

Wage: $18.25 – $19.50 per hour + tips (based on experience)

Availability Requirements

Must be available for weekend shifts
Must be available for lunch shifts

Restaurant Hours:

Sunday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Friday & Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment or by hand
Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area throughout the shift
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required
Receive, organize, and properly store deliveries and supplies
Empty, clean, and sanitize garbage and recycling containers
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, floors, and storage spaces
Support kitchen staff with general cleaning and closing duties
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

Qualifications

Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is an asset but not required
Ability to safely lift between 25–50 lbs
Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
