Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management to contribute to our company's success. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing tailored solutions, and maintaining long-term client relationships across various industries.

Duties

Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through account management and personalized service
Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions
Conduct technical sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
Provide ongoing customer service support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
Lead business development initiatives by exploring new markets and industry segments

Skills

Expertise in CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively
