Job description
Okanagan Distinctive Woodwork Ltd. Is looking to hire the right candidate to join our team.
Ideal candidates would have:
- 5+ Years experience in cabinetmaking/carpentry/millwork.
- 5+ Years Installation Experience
- Provide own tools.
- Valid drivers licence.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Installing interior doors
- Installing cabinets
- Installing millwork
- Trim Carpentry
- Basic Framing Knowledge
- Building custom millwork; i.e : Desks, Tables, Cabinets, Custom built-ins, closets.
- Commercial Millwork Installation experience
Roles & Responsibilities
- Construct cabinets and other millwork using various materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Quality check own work based on specification
- Read and interpret shop drawings
- Provide input during project production meetings
- Proficiency in plastic laminate
