Full job description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Automotive Detailer to join our team! As part of our reconditioning and service department, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every vehicle looks its absolute best — from showroom shine to delivery-ready condition.

Key Responsibilities

Clean, wash, and detail vehicles (interior and exterior) to dealership standards
Vacuum carpets, seats, and trunk areas; shampoo upholstery and remove stains as needed
Wash, wax, buff, and polish vehicle exteriors
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
Apply protective coatings and dressings to tires, trim, and interiors
Inspect finished vehicles to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing bay and work area
Report any vehicle damage or issues to management
Assist with moving vehicles around the lot or between departments when needed
Take photos of used vehicles (and some new) for website - device and app training provided!

Qualifications

Previous detailing or car wash experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs
