Summary

'We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Marijuana Retail Associate to join Jerry’s Cannabis in Lake Cowichan. In this role, you will help create a welcoming environment for our customers while ensuring they receive expert guidance on our products. This position is vital in supporting our mission to promote responsible cannabis use and community engagement.'
'Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
Provide accurate information about cannabis products and usage.
Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail space.
Uphold all safety and compliance regulations related to cannabis sales.
Upsell products to enhance customer experience and store revenue.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.'},{
