Metrolinx is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Metrolinx operates GO Transit and UP Express, as well as the PRESTO fare payment system. We are also building new and improved rapid transit, including GO Expansion, Light Rail Transit routes, and major expansions to Toronto’s subway system, to get people where they need to go, better, faster and easier. This role is an in‑office position based at various locations. Our team is highly collaborative, and much of our work benefits from in‑person co‑creation, relationship‑building, and hands‑on partnership with leaders across the organization.
Our Rail Fleet Maintenance Office is looking for five Senior Supervisors, Rail Fleet Maintenance to supervise and evaluate the quality of maintenance, servicing, and repairs to meet established regulatory, corporate, and contractual standards and customer expectations.

What Skills and Qualifications Do I Need?
- Completion of a diploma in Engineering Technology or related field – or a combination of education, training, and experience deemed equivalent.
- Completion of a degree in Engineering or Business degree will be considered an asset
- Demonstrated years of progressive experience in contract compliance.
- A valid Ontario Class “G” driver’s licence, in good standing.
- Must be able to obtain GO Transit Operators Permit.
- Must successfully complete environmental, safety and any other training required by corporate policy.
