Must be able to work 12 hours continental shifts 12 hour shifts, rotational (2 weeks days, and 2 weeks nights) and continental (2 days on, 2 days off, and off every other weekend)

Position Overview

We are currently seeking Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of sheet metal press machines. This is a physically demanding role ideal for candidates with manufacturing or machine operating experience who are ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain metal stamping press equipment
Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Maintain accurate production and machine operation records
Inspect parts and verify they meet quality specifications
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
Use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) properly
Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and measurements
Report any product deviations or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
Participate in all required training and orientation sessions

Qualifications & Requirements

Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing or production setting
Basic understanding of mechanical principles and machinery
Must have reliable transportation (location not accessible by public transit)
Availability for rotating 12-hour shifts:

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools (asset)
Forklift certification is an asset, but not required
