BEACONSFIELD GOLF CLUB

SERVICE STAFF MEMBER

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Maitre d’/Sommelier, and the F&B Supervisor, the service staff member is an outgoing, energetic, and motivated team member who strives to provide excellent service. The Service Staff Member will be tasked with executing a variety of service styles such as a la carte, banquet, and special event services. He/she will provide an attentive, efficient, and courteous service experience ensuring membership and guest experience, and overall satisfaction, are delivered at established premium private clubs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executes and assists with attentive food and beverage service in a hands-on manner, at established 100% target satisfaction levels, within the area scheduled to the assigned service staff member.
The Service Crew Team under the direct supervision of the F&B Manager, Maitre d’hôtel, and F&B Supervisors will be developed into attentive, friendly, efficient, and motivated service units that will be effectively trained across all dining styles.
Maintaining a safe, clean environment and assisting the entire Service Team with other general duties as required.

COMPETENCIES OF THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:

English is required, Bilingualism is an asset but candidates without functional French will be considered.
Customer service skills, with a positive, attentive, and inviting personality.
Team player with a motivational and inclusive approach to work and his/her teammates.
Courteous and professional attitude.
Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
Food and beverage and customer service experience in a high-service environment is a plus.

COMPENSATION:

Wages based on personal qualifications and relevant experience.

MEMBRE DU PERSONNEL DE SERVICE

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :

Sous la responsabilité directe du responsable de la restauration, du maître d’hôtel/sommelier et du superviseur de la restauration, le membre du personnel de service est une personne extravertie, dynamique et motivée, qui s’efforce d’offrir un service d’excellence. Le membre du personnel de service sera chargé d’assurer divers types de service, tels que le service à la carte, les banquets et les événements spéciaux. Il/elle offrira un service attentif, efficace et courtois, garantissant une expérience et une satisfaction globales optimales aux membres et aux invités, conformément aux standards des clubs privés haut de gamme.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES :

Assurer et aider à la prestation d’un service de restauration attentif et pratique, en atteignant les niveaux de satisfaction cibles fixés à 100 %, dans la zone attribuée au membre du personnel de service.
L’équipe de service, sous la supervision directe du responsable F&B, du maître d’hôtel et des superviseurs F&B, sera formée pour devenir une unité de service attentive, aimable, efficace et motivée, maîtrisant tous les styles de restauration.
Maintenir un environnement sûr et propre et assister l’ensemble de l’équipe de service dans d’autres tâches générales selon les besoins.

COMPÉTENCES DU CANDIDAT RETENU :

La maîtrise de l’anglais est obligatoire ; le bilinguisme est un atout, mais les candidats ne maîtrisant pas le français à un niveau fonctionnel seront pris en considération.
Compétences en service à la clientèle, avec une personnalité positive, attentive et accueillante.
Esprit d’équipe et approche motivante et inclusive du travail.
titude courtoise et professionnelle.
Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front et à garder son sang-froid en situation de stress.
Une expérience dans le domaine de la restauration et du service à la clientèle dans un environnement haut de gamme est un atout.

RÉMUNÉRATION :

Salaire déterminé en fonction des qualifications personnelles et de l'expérience pertinente.
