Lifemark Lake Beaumaris is an interdisciplinary rehab facility, comprised of physiotherapists, kinesiologists, chiropractors, registered massage therapists, and occupational therapists. Within this group is a vestibular & concussion-trained therapist, a pelvic floor therapist, an FCAMPT physiotherapist, and multiple practitioners trained in IMS Dry Needling. A variety of patients attend the clinic, including: long-term disability, motor vehicle accident, City of Edmonton, WCB, Private, and active military & veteran populations. The team is focused on assisting patients in meeting their functional goals through evidence-based practice. At the center of our work is patient-centred care; ensuring each person receives an individualized program and experience. Lifemark Lake Beaumaris is located in the Lakeside Landing building on the North side of Edmonton. The location provides easy access to the Castle Downs Transit Station as well as free on-site parking.
Your impact
As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will:
- Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
- Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
- Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.

We're seeking a compassionate clinician who leads with empathy and integrity. A great listener, a clear communicator, and someone who seeks to understand what motivates our patients to guide how to personalize a plan of care to meet their needs. Above all, you are driven to grow – both professionally and personally. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
- Professional liability insurance (as required).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
- 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply!).
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
