Join Our Team

Bear Mountain Golf and Tennis Club is now hiring Seasonal Food and Beverage On Course Servers.

If you’re energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience, we invite you to join our Food and Beverage Team. We take pride in being professional, driven, and committed to excellence, while fostering a positive, team-oriented environment where hard work and fun go hand in hand.

Responsibilities

May include, but are not limited to

Providing energetic, exceptional service to all guests and members to ensure they have a remarkable experience
Proactively assisting customers and processing purchases.
Safely operate beverage cart units according to safety guidelines.
Serving food and beverage in accordance with company procedures.
Preparation of basic food items in accordance with company procedures
Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes and washroom upkeep.
Work with all staff to ensure collaborative service and shared responsibility for service standards are in use at all times

Qualifications

1-2 years previous front of house server experience in food and beverage operations
Valid driver’s license required.
Valid “Serving It Right” licensee certificate required
Food Safe Certification required
Computer skills (Word, Excel, POS and other software, as required).
