RedBlue Hvac is seeking exceptional electricians and leaders to lead our electrical teams on new commercial, residential and light industrial projects across Vancouver Island.

Job Summary:
Responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial and industrial environments. This includes residential rough-in and finishing installations, residential service and panel changes, EV Charger installations, HVAC line voltage wiring and controls, Commercial/ light industrial upgrades and service. As well as skills in troubleshooting problems maintaining electrical systems by inspecting, testing, repairing, and replacing broken or faulty wiring. The ideal candidate will have excellent well rounded electrical skills and practical experience to electrical service and construction on Vancouver Island.
The ideal candidate:
- Must be able to manage commercial and residential projects and service work, and meet targets and deadlines provided.
- Must be eager to learn and master their craft and enjoy the trade.
- Must be able to or want to learn to interpret blueprint drawings
- Eager to learn proficiently in understanding timelines for projects and maintaining the schedule.
- Willing to learn the understanding of sub-trades scope/scheduling/interference.
- Ability to take direction from a project manager, respectful of their knowledge and expertise.
- Be respectful to our customers and clients to help build lasting relationships
