Audy Autobody Victoria is seeking an experienced Senior Collision Repair Estimator to join our professional team.

We are a well-established, independently owned collision repair facility with a long-standing reputation for quality repairs, exceptional customer service, and integrity. We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment where their experience is valued and their contribution makes a difference.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate collision repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software.
Communicate professionally with customers throughout the repair process.
Work closely with ICBC, insurance partners, suppliers, and our production team.
Coordinate repairs to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Order parts and monitor repair progress.
Maintain accurate documentation and repair files.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of collision estimating experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of ICBC estimating procedures.
Experience with Mitchell or Audatex estimating software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple repair files while maintaining attention to detail.
Valid BC Driver's Licence.
