Full job description

Associated Grocers has an opening for an Office Clerk for our Produce office division located in Langley. This position is Full-Time and Temporary.

We are accepting all applications and preference will be given to candidates with a flexible schedule to cover other shifts (days and weekends) for vacation, stat holidays and sick time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Data entry

· Strong Customer service skills are a must

· Printing of computer reports

· Answering telephone inquiries

· General maintenance of office documents and filing

· Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

. Invoicing/printing orders

. Must have a vehicle

. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

. Knowledge of BC Geography

. detailed oriented

Qualifications Required:

· Positive attitude and a strong commitment to 100% customer service.

· Able to prioritize and organize position responsibilities.

· Ability to meet deadlines with a minimum of supervision.

· Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written.

· Excellent telephone skills and manners.

· Strong keyboard skills and proficiency with ten key calculators.

· Desire to produce accurate and timely results.

· Flexible schedule - available to pick up extra shifts as necessary
