Are you detail-oriented, organized, and the kind of person who likes keeping things running smoothly? Do you enjoy helping others stay on track and don’t mind wearing a few different hats? Ready to join a small (and genuinely nice) group of IT professionals?

We’re a small IT services company looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper/Billing & Admin Assistant to help support our busy service department. This role is a great fit for someone who’s returning to the workforce, looking to supplement their income, or wants meaningful work on a reduced, flexible schedule.

Option to work a few full days or shorter hours spread across the week

What You’ll Be Doing

Helping with billing and service-related admin tasks
Supporting day-to-day office operations and following up on open items
Communicating with customers and teammates by phone and email
Taking clear notes and keeping records organized
Preparing payroll information
Assisting with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including understanding revenue vs. cost of goods sold

What We’re Looking For

Comfortable using QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel (this is a must)
Basic bookkeeping knowledge and comfort working with numbers
Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal in English)
Someone who can juggle tasks, take initiative, and work independently
Reliable transportation
Friendly, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping others stay organized

Work Environment

Part-time position (approximately 20–35 hours per week)
Flexible days and hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM
Opportunity for increased hours for the right individual
Small team environment (approximately 5 people)
Option to work a few full days per week or daily with reduced hours, depending on availability and fit
Office located in the Port Kells – North Surrey area (near the Golden Ears bridge), close to great coffee shops and local amenities
