Job Description: Ethnic / Traditional Fashion Consultant/ Sales Associate

We are seeking an experienced and creative Indian Ethnic/ Traditional Fashion Design Consultant/ Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position combines design expertise, customer service, and sales skills to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian ethnic fashion Wear , strong design skills, and the ability to engage with customers to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Fashion Design & Consultation:
Provide styling advice and recommend the best ethnic fashion options to customers based on their preferences, body type, and requirements.
Assist in the customisation of garments according to customer needs and measurements.
Customer Interaction & Service:
Take accurate customer measurements to ensure the perfect fit for tailored and custom garments.
Guide customers in selecting products that align with their personal style and occasion.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with the production team to ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate the customisation process and communicate customer preferences to the production team.
Sales & Retail Operations:
Help customers find and select products, offering personalised styling recommendations.
Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products, signage, promotions, and displays are well-presented.
Operate cash registers and process transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience in retail sales and customer service, with a focus on fashion or ethnic wear.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and understand their needs.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when taking measurements and processing orders.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and coordinate between sales and production departments.
Organisational skills to maintain inventory and ensure the efficient operation of the store.
A passion for ethnic fashion, creativity, and a keen eye for style.

Preferred Qualifications:

4 years experience in fashion retail.
