Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the real estate office, assist with property listings, coordinate client communications, and contribute to marketing efforts. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help streamline processes, enhance client experiences, and ensure smooth property transactions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the real estate industry while making a tangible impact on our clients’ journeys toward finding their perfect property.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and updating property listings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and appealing presentation
Coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses with clients and agents to maximize exposure and convenience
Support negotiation processes by gathering relevant property information and facilitating communication between buyers and sellers
Manage administrative tasks such as filing documents, maintaining databases, and tracking transaction progress
Contribute to marketing campaigns by creating promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and engaging with potential clients
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in multiple languages if applicable
Organize property management activities including lease documentation, maintenance schedules, and tenant communications

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative roles or property management within the real estate sector
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and negotiate effectively
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for managing multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of marketing strategies specific to real estate is a plus
Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
