MK Beauty Enterprises Inc. (dba Professionail) is seeking a motivated and organized Beauty Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy beauty salon and nail-care business. The successful candidate will lead our team, maintain high customer service standards, and ensure the salon operates efficiently while complying with all applicable health and safety regulations.

$38.40 per hour

Responsibilities

As the Beauty Shop Manager, you will:

Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the daily operations of the beauty salon and nail-care business.
Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the work of nail technicians, estheticians, reception staff, and other salon employees.
Recruit, train, and provide ongoing guidance to staff regarding salon procedures, customer service, hygiene, and workplace safety.
Ensure high standards of beauty, nail-care, and customer service are consistently maintained.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure a positive client experience.
Manage appointment scheduling, staff coverage, and workflow to support efficient salon operations.
Monitor inventory levels and order nail products, beauty supplies, equipment, and salon materials as needed.
Develop and implement salon policies, service procedures, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and customer retention initiatives.
Maintain business records, review sales and operating expenses, process payments, and prepare reports for the business owner.
Ensure compliance with all applicable health, sanitation, licensing, employment, and workplace safety regulations.

Qualifications

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
2 years to less than 3 years of relevant management or supervisory experience in a beauty salon, nail salon, or related industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to effectively supervise staff and manage daily business operations.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
English language proficiency.
