Job Summary
The Beaconsfield Golf Club is seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
Ensure that all orders are presented in an appealing manner and meet quality standards.
Assist servers by providing support during busy times, including refilling drinks and clearing tables.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and any special requests from guests.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests to enhance their dining experience.
Uphold health and safety standards while handling food items.

Skills

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
