Status: Part-time

The Travelodge Montreal is an affordable hotel in the city center of the great metropolis. Responsibilities

Supervise a team of workers
Plan and assign tasks to employees
Adjust schedules based on occupancy
Manage inventory of cleaning and amenity products
Participate in employee performance management
Ensure proper application of collective agreement
Ensure the health and safety of staff
Coordinate services with external companies/suppliers
Supervise and coach employees
Inspect rooms
Participate in disciplinary process
Ensure quality customer service and manage customer complaints

Required qualifications

College diploma in hotel management, an asset
2 years of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry
