Lieu : Montréal, QC
Salaire : 16.60 à 21.75$ de l’heure
Horaire : Temps plein, du lundi au vendredi
Le candidat doit posséder un permis de travail valide et être physiquement présent à Montréal.

Nos produits, fabriqués entièrement à partir de caoutchouc de pneus recyclés, sont utilisés à travers l’Amérique du Nord dans des projets commerciaux, résidentiels de luxe et de copropriétés. Aperçu du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche de personnes motivées pour se joindre à notre équipe de production. Il s’agit d’un poste pratique avec formation offerte pour opérer différentes parties de la ligne de production.

Responsabilités principales

Opérer, surveiller et ajuster les machines servant au mélange, au broyage, au séchage ou à l’emballage du caoutchouc recyclé.
Suivre les recettes de production pour assurer la qualité des mélanges.
Surveiller les conditions de traitement et la qualité du produit fini.
Participer à la formation des nouveaux employés.

Qualifications et compétences

Une expérience dans un environnement manufacturier est un atout.
Aptitudes techniques (mécanique ou électrique) appréciées.
À l’aise dans un environnement physique (soulever jusqu’à 50 lb, travailler en hauteur sur plateformes ou échelles).
Bon esprit d’équipe et compétences en communication.
Le français est requis; l’anglais est un atout.
Connaissance de l’utilisation de chariots élévateurs ou de chargeurs sur roues est un plus.

Horaire

Quart de jour : 7 h à 15 h (ou 6 h à 14 h selon l’horaire de production du jour)
Possibilité future : Quart de soir de 15 h à 23 h
Du lundi au vendredi
Heures supplémentaires possibles

Job Overview

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our factory operations team. This is a hands-on role with training provided to operate various parts of the production line.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery for mixing, grinding, drying, or packaging recycled rubber.
Follow product recipes to ensure proper mixing and production.
Monitor product quality and processing conditions.
Assist in training new employees.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in a manufacturing or production setting is an asset.
Mechanical or electrical aptitude is a plus.
Comfortable working in a physical environment (may lift up to 50 lbs, work on platforms and ladders).
Strong team player with good communication skills.
French required; English is an asset.
Ability to operate forklifts or wheel loaders is a plus.

Schedule

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (or 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, depending on daily production needs)
Future Potential: Evening Shift from 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Monday to Friday
Overtime may be required
