Overview

Are you passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and leading dynamic restaurant teams? We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety. In this role, you will be the driving force behind a vibrant hospitality environment, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service while managing all aspects of restaurant management with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations to foster a motivated and efficient team
Oversee food preparation, cooking, food handling, and serving processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met
Manage daily restaurant operations, including POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling procedures
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling practices to guarantee a safe environment for guests and staff
Monitor customer service levels actively, address guest concerns promptly, and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business
Coordinate inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels for kitchen and bar areas
Conduct interviews for prospective team members, participate in hiring decisions, and support onboarding processes
Implement operational policies that promote efficiency, cleanliness, safety, and exceptional hospitality standards

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment with strong team management skills
Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, food safety protocols, and kitchen experience
Familiarity with restaurant management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms; experience with cash handling is essential
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality; ability to handle challenging situations professionally
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment
Experience in interviewing candidates and building high-performing teams in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of food handling regulations, sanitation standards, and overall restaurant safety practices
Additional nice-to-have skills include bartending experience, hotel or barista background, hospitality industry exposure, or previous roles in restaurant management
