Manutentionnaire d'entrepôt – Produits de tuyauterie (PVF)

Horaire : Lundi au vendredi, de 8 h 30 à 17 h

Sommaire du poste

PinAcle Stainless Steel est à la recherche d'un manutentionnaire d'entrepôt pour se joindre à son équipe. Relevant du directeur d'entrepôt, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans les activités quotidiennes de réception, d'expédition, de préparation de commandes et de gestion des stocks. Vous contribuerez à offrir un service rapide et précis à notre clientèle tout en maintenant un environnement de travail sécuritaire.

Responsabilités

Recevoir, décharger, charger et entreposer les tuyaux, valves, raccords et autres produits en acier inoxydable à l'aide de chariots élévateurs, de ponts roulants et d'autres équipements de manutention.
Préparer les commandes des clients en vérifiant les quantités, les dimensions, les longueurs et les spécifications des produits.
Utiliser un lecteur RF (scanner) et le système de gestion d'entrepôt pour effectuer la cueillette, l'expédition et les mouvements d'inventaire.
Manipuler de façon sécuritaire les tuyaux de grande longueur et les paquets de matériel afin d'éviter les dommages aux produits.
Effectuer les réceptions, les expéditions, le réapprovisionnement des emplacements ainsi que les comptages cycliques.
Vérifier les marchandises reçues et expédiées et signaler toute anomalie ou tout dommage.
Servir les clients qui viennent récupérer leurs commandes et offrir un excellent service.
Maintenir l'entrepôt et la cour propres, organisés et sécuritaires.
Collaborer avec les équipes des ventes, du transport et de l'entrepôt afin d'assurer le respect des délais de livraison.
Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des opérations et au maintien des objectifs de productivité.
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe.

Exigences

Minimum d'une (1) année d'expérience dans un entrepôt ou un centre de distribution, idéalement dans le secteur des tuyaux, valves et raccords (PVF).
Expérience en manutention de tuyaux ou de matériaux de grande longueur, un atout important.
Expérience de conduite de chariots élévateurs; l'expérience avec un chariot élévateur multidirectionnel est fortement souhaitée.
Capacité de soulever régulièrement des charges pouvant atteindre 50 lb (23 kg).
À l'aise avec l'utilisation d'un ordinateur et de lecteurs RF.
Bon sens de l'organisation et souci du détail.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
Esprit d'équipe, autonomie et fiabilité.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en service à la clientèle.
Carte de compétence de conducteur de chariot élévateur valide, un atout.
Connaissance des produits en acier inoxydable ou de l'industrie de la distribution industrielle, un atout.

Warehouse Associate – Pipe & PVF Products

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary

PinAcle Stainless Steel is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day receiving, shipping, order picking, and inventory activities of our warehouse. You will help ensure our customers receive accurate orders on time while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Safely receive, unload, load, and store pipe, valves, fittings, and related stainless steel products using forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment.
Pick, stage, package, and prepare customer orders, ensuring accuracy of quantities, dimensions, lengths, and product specifications.
Use RF scanners and the warehouse management system to complete order picking, shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.
Safely handle long-length pipe and bundled materials to prevent product damage and maintain a safe work environment.
Complete receiving, shipping, inventory replenishment, and cycle count activities while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and complete the required documentation.
Assist customers with order pickups, product identification, and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and pipe yard.
Communicate effectively with the sales team, carriers, and warehouse staff to ensure customer orders are shipped on time.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by helping achieve productivity goals and identifying opportunities to improve warehouse operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum one (1) year of warehouse or distribution experience, preferably within the pipe, valves, and fittings (PVF) industry.
Experience handling pipe or other long-length materials is considered a strong asset.
Previous forklift experience is required; experience operating a 4-directional (multidirectional) forklift is strongly preferred.
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
Comfortable using computers, RF scanners, and warehouse management systems.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid forklift certification is considered an asset.
Knowledge of stainless steel products or industrial distribution is considered an asset.
