Titre du poste :
Gestionnaire de programme ISS

Notre client est à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire de programme principal(e) expérimenté(e) pour se joindre à son équipe. Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède une solide expérience technique, un historique démontré de réussite, de la confiance en soi ainsi que la capacité de diriger une équipe interdisciplinaire tout au long du cycle de vie d’un programme. La personne retenue sera l’interface principale entre la direction exécutive, les équipes internes, les sous-traitants et le client. Le ou la gestionnaire de programme sera ultimement responsable de l’ensemble des activités, allant de la direction des propositions techniques, à la planification, au développement en ingénierie, à la fabrication, au déploiement et à la formation, jusqu’à la maintenance et au soutien à la clientèle.

Responsabilités principales

Responsable du dossier d’affaires global.
Leadership d’une équipe de programme multidisciplinaire dans le développement, la livraison et le soutien de produits et/ou services tout au long du cycle de vie du programme.
Révision des énoncés de travaux (SOW) et des demandes de propositions (RFP) afin d’identifier les exigences potentiellement problématiques avant l’exécution du contrat.
Agir à titre d’interface programmatique principale entre l’équipe de programme/projet, les sous-traitants, les fournisseurs et le client.
Fournir la portée, l’échéancier et le budget au gestionnaire de projet en ingénierie et assurer le suivi du développement afin de garantir que toutes les exigences sont respectées dans la portée initiale prévue tout en maintenant le budget et l’échéancier.
Révision de la documentation de conception en ingénierie et en construction afin d’assurer l’exactitude et l’exhaustivité avant la diffusion officielle.
Génération et maintien des données associées à la fonction de gestion de programme (échéancier directeur intégré au niveau programme, plan de programme, registre des risques, registre des enjeux, etc.).
S’assurer que l’équipe multidisciplinaire exécute les travaux du programme conformément aux processus de gestion et de gouvernance établis.

Qualifications et expérience

Expérience démontrée dans la direction de programmes techniques ou d’ingénierie complexes à travers l’ensemble du cycle de vie du programme.
Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et gestion des parties prenantes.
Expérience de travail avec des équipes multidisciplinaires, des sous-traitants et des clients.
Solide compréhension des principes de gestion de programme, de la gestion budgétaire, de la planification et de la gestion des risques.
La certification PMP serait considérée comme un atout important.
Une expérience dans des environnements militaires serait considérée comme un atout.
Une connaissance de DRMIS serait considérée comme un atout.

ISS Program Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate is one who possesses a solid technical background, a proven record of success, is confident, and can lead an interdisciplinary team through a program lifecycle. The successful candidate will be the primary interface between executive management, internal teams, sub-contractors, and the customer. The Program Manager will ultimately be responsible for all activities, from leading the technical proposal, through planning, engineering development, manufacturing, fielding and training, to maintenance and customer support.

Job Core Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall business case.
Leadership of a cross-functional program team in the development, delivery, and support of products and/or services throughout the program lifecycle.
Review Statements of Work (SOW) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) to identify potentially problematic requirements prior to execution of contract.
Serves as the primary programmatic interface between the program/project team, subcontractors, vendors, and the Customer.
Provides scope, schedule, and budget to the Engineering Project Manager and monitor development to assure all requirements are met within the original intended scope while maintaining budget and schedule.
Review Engineering and construction design documentation to assure accuracy and completeness prior to formal release.
Generation and maintenance of the data associated with the program management function (Program-level Integrated Master Schedule, Program Plan, Risk Log, Issues Log, etc.)
Ensures that the cross-functional program team executes the program work scope in accordance with the programmatic and management processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience leading complex technical or engineering programs through the full program lifecycle.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and customers.
Strong understanding of program management principles, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
PMP certification would be considered a strong asset.
Experience working within military environments would be considered an asset.
Familiarity with DRMIS would be considered an asset.
