Description du poste
Ce poste consiste principalement à réaliser l’assemblage final de meubles en bois en installant les portes, tiroirs, coulisses et autres ferrures, tout en assurant la qualité et la finition du produit.
Responsabilités

Aménager et organiser son poste de travail en fonction du modèle de meuble à assembler.

Nettoyer et poncer les pièces de bois à assembler afin de préparer adéquatement les surfaces.
-
Vérifier les composantes et le meuble à assembler en s’assurant de la conformité des pièces, en utilisant au besoin des gabarits, des serre-joints ou une presse d’assemblage.
-
Consolider la structure du meuble avec des renforts appropriés, vérifier l’équerrage, inspecter le meuble et corriger les imperfections observées.

Signaler et préparer le gabarit pour la machine à peinturer au besoin.

Poser les coulisses à tiroir et autres ferrures nécessaires à l’assemblage du meuble.

Choisir le gabarit approprié et installer les parties mobiles telles que les portes, tiroirs et autres éléments après l’application des produits de finition, puis effectuer les ajustements requis.

Effectuer l’assemblage final complet du meuble en respectant les plans et les standards de qualité.

Procéder à tous les ajustements nécessaires pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des portes, tiroirs et composantes mobiles.

Effectuer une vérification complète du meuble avant l’inspection finale afin de s’assurer de la conformité et de la qualité du produit.
Compétences & qualifications

Diplôme d’études secondaires complété.

Formation dans le secteur du meuble ou du bois ouvré (atout).

Expérience en assemblage de meubles, menuiserie, ébénisterie ou travail en atelier de bois.
-
Connaissance ou expérience en finition du bois et en structures de bois.

Expérience en fabrication, assemblage ou installation d’armoires, de cabinets ou de mobilier intégré.
-
Habileté à utiliser des outils manuels et électriques courants en atelier de menuiserie.

Capacité à suivre des plans, gabarits et procédures de travail standardisées.

Skills and Qualifications
