Full job description

Clean My Home is seeking experienced, detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technicians to join our team. This is a casual, on-call position designed to support our operations when regular team members are on vacation or out sick. This position has the potential to lead to part-time and then full-time hours as the company continues to grow.

If you are a seasoned residential cleaning professional looking for casual shifts that fit around your existing schedule, this role offers the perfect balance of independence and steady support. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, ensuring our clients return to a beautifully refreshed space.

Key Responsibilities

Perform top-tier residential cleaning services following established protocols.
Execute comprehensive Move-In / Move-Out cleans, ensuring homes meet strict turnover standards.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail on every shift.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of professional residential cleaning experience is strictly required.
Specialized Skill: Proven experience executing detailed Move-In/Move-Out cleans (deep cleaning of appliances, baseboards, etc).
Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel to client locations within our service area.
Availability: Flexible and responsive; ideal for individuals looking for casual, supplemental income who can step in when regular staff are away.
Mindset: A strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a sharp eye for the details that make a house feel truly clean.
