Full job description

Company: Bravo Target Safety

Job Duties:

Create, post, and manage jobs on job boards and coordinate social media posts (Indeed, ATS, LinkedIn, etc.)
Answer all emails, phone calls, and texts regarding recruitment
Utilize ATS for job postings and screening resumes
Screen applications and resumes; pre-screen and interview candidates
Establish and maintain pipeline of candidates focusing on entry level positions
Coordinate field new hire training; source location, fill classes, and liaise with the Training & Competency Coach
Prepare employment agreements
Source and attend job fairs and industry networking events; ensure event is staffed appropriately
Manage and oversee onboarding and offboarding process
Establish relationships and work with hiring managers throughout recruitment process
Develop innovative recruitment strategies
Constantly evaluate recruitment processes and find opportunities for improvement
Ensure seamless and positive experience for candidates
Stay up to date with changes in labour market
Manage Drug and Alcohol testing process
Support HR Administrator and Advisor functions when necessary

Requirements:

Minimum Education HR related degree, experience will be considered.
3 - 5 years experience with full cycle recruitment
1 - 2 years experience with high volume, seasonal recruiting in industrial or oil and gas sectors
Post secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
Proficient with ATS and HRIS; experience with Vista ViewPoint is an asset
Experience with social media utilization and familiar with Indeed and Glassdoor recruitment
Knowledge of Human Rights legislation in relation to recruitment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Office 365
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
