Full job description

Job Overview
We are APF Group, a family-owned business with 13 years of experience. Our group consists of four dynamic companies:

APF Steel Ltd.
Alberta Pipe Fittings Ltd.
APF Tires Ltd.
Canadian Lift Trucks & Machinery Ltd.

With locations in Leduc, Nisku, and Calgary, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch products and services across industries.

We are now urgently hiring for a full-time yard associate that can handle lifting/packing/carrying pipe, steel, and tire products. Our hours of operation are 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. You must be able to lift and carry (up to 50 lbs.) repeatedly throughout the day maintaining stock in an outdoor yard environment.

What you will be doing:
- Pick and load customer orders
- Assist in pulling product for delivery
- Unload/load delivery trucks safely and securely
- Assist with monthly inventory counts

- Cleaning and organizing the yard
- Adhering to all company safety processes and procedures
- Completing tasks in a timely manner

To be successful in this role you must:
- Enjoy working within a diverse team
- Have a strong sense of urgency
- Committed and have good attendance/punctuality

Applicants with shipping/receiving experience in a pipe setting will be given preference.
