Are you an Experienced #Cladder or #Cladding Foreman looking for a new opportunity? We are looking for Experienced #Cladders and #Cladding Foremen to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time.

Salary: $30.00 - 42.00 per hour plus benefits and holiday pay

Benefits:

Pension plan for journeyman workers after 6 months of employment

Requirements:

3-5 year experience in wall cladding and standing seam installation and maintenance
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to supervise and work with other employees
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as required
Drivers license an asset but must be able to get to and from job sites

Duties and Responsibilities:

Installing various exterior #metal panel, phenolic, cementitious, #wall systems and standing seam metal roofing, inclusive of membrane, insulation thermal clips and #flashings
Use power tools, and hand tools to cut, bend, shape, and finish #sheet metal roofing, #cladding panels, and flashing.
Ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times
Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
Communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
Completing paperwork and documentation related to job tasks. This will include safety paperwork and QA/QC forms
Other duties as required.
