Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, programs, and events. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative coordination, event logistics, and communication activities to ensure successful delivery of organizational initiatives.

The position is a summer program that runs from July 1 to August 29.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating projects, programs, and events
Support scheduling, logistics, and administrative activities for meetings, workshops, and events
Help track project timelines, deliverables, and progress updates
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and program documentation
Support registration, attendance tracking, and event follow-up activities
Help organize materials, resources, and supplies for projects and events
Assist with outreach and promotional activities related to programs and events
Maintain accurate records and databases for ongoing projects and activities
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth implementation of organizational initiatives

Requirement

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team
Attention to detail and time management skills
Basic administrative and computer skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
Previous experience in project coordination, event support, administration, or program management is an asset but not mandatory

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
