Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Salon Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the front-line representative of our salon, managing appointments, supporting staff, and ensuring a seamless client experience. This role requires excellent administrative skills, strong customer service abilities, and proficiency with various office software. The Salon Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining efficient daily operations and fostering a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.

Responsibilities

Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate daily salon operations using booking software.
Greet clients professionally upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer support.
Maintain accurate records, filing, and updating client information.
Support front desk activities including managing appointment confirmations and cancellations.
Ensure the salon environment remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent client service.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
