Full job description

JOB SUMMARY

Collect, assemble and pack painted and other component parts according to requirements
Inspect for external defect and assure the completeness of the order assembled.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Works under normal supervision
Works from detailed oral or written instructions; shop orders, detail assembly drawings, paint lists
Responsible for the quality and quantity of the assigned work
Required to complete all reporting functions for the assigned work orders
Required to follow all safety rules and procedures
Required to comply with all quality processes and documentation requirements

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT

Hand tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, wrenches, scales, portable power tools, tape guns, nail guns, etc.
Measuring devices such as measuring tapes, Vernier, scales, etc.

SCOPE OF WORK & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Required to assemble and/or pack all types of product.
Check all parts for defects and report any shortages and defects.
Assist others in the performance of similar tasks.
Additional duties as assigned.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Basic computer skills
Good written/oral communication skills
Attention to detail
Bending, reaching, lifting 50lbs repetitively
Ability to lift or move various sizes and weights of products

COMPENSATION

Day Shift: 7:00am-3:00pm Monday To Friday
Afternoon Shift: 3:30pm-1:30am Monday To Thursday
Starting Wage: $24.14/hr
$1.00/hr Shift Premium for afternoons
Overtime paid after 40 hrs
Paid Weekly
