Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and process payments with cash handling expertise
- Serve food orders promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction from order to table clearance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and address any special requests or concerns
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management skills
- Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety at all times
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; bartending or serving experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
