Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly <PERSON> to join our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and possess a strong background in food service, customer service, and restaurant operations. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, hospitality, and guest relations within a fast-paced setting. Candidates should be enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Duties

Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously
Prepare and serve food and beverages, including meal preparation, cooking, and food handling
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate cashiering and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and service stations in accordance with food safety standards
Assist with food presentation and ensure quality control during meal preparation
Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to enhance overall guest satisfaction
Support team members in various restaurant operations including serving, cleaning, and restocking supplies
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred; experience with kitchen operations or hotel services is a plus
Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling procedures
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Basic cooking skills and familiarity with meal preparation are desirable
Reliable transportation and the ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
