Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and French bilingual Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various administrative functions. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities while fostering a positive work environment. Fluency in both English and French is essential to effectively serve our diverse team and client base.

Duties

Handle incoming calls from furniture retailers and their customers.
Assign professional cleaners and technicians to provide service in customer's homes
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive approach in a small team environment.
Support office supply management and coordinate maintenance or vendor services as needed.

Skills

5+ years in a customer facing role over the phone.
College diploma is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and French, with the ability to convey information clearly to customers and colleagues.
Customer service skills with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and maintaining a professional demeanor in person, on the phone, and online.
Previous experience in office management or a related administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and calendar tools).
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work on-site in the London, Ontario, Canada and collaborate effectively with a small team.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
