NOW HIRING: Union Concrete Formsetters – Residential, Commercial & Bridge Work
London, ON & Surrounding Areas

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $39–$45/hour + Union Benefits & Pension
Schedule: 44+ hours/week | Day shift | Monday–Friday with occasional weekends

We are seeking experienced Concrete Formsetters to join our team on residential, commercial, and bridge construction projects throughout London and surrounding areas. This is a union position offering competitive wages, benefits, and long-term career stability.

Ideal candidates will have experience in concrete forming, concrete finishing, and a variety of construction environments. This position requires individuals who take pride in quality workmanship. A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

Set up, install, and dismantle various types of concrete formwork systems and components
Perform concrete forming activities for residential, commercial, and bridge construction projects
Assist with concrete pours, concrete finishing, and stripping of formwork
Work closely with construction crews, project managers, and other trades to meet project timelines
Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality control, and site safety
Work safely in a variety of construction environments, including confined spaces and at heights when required
Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and industry standards

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Concrete Formsetter required
Experience with various formwork systems, concrete forming, concrete finishing, and stripping of formwork.
Valid G driver’s licence required
Reliable transportation required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs., working at heights, and working outdoors in varying conditions
