Join Our Team:

We're looking for a confident and organized Telemarketing representative to help connect with potential customers from various marketing methods, including booking free in-home water test appointments from Home Depot and other lead sources. You'll be the vital connection between our team and happy customers - scheduling visits, confirming appointments, and supporting daily operations.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent phone voice and communication skills
Reliable and organized
Must work Saturdays
Comfortable with technology (CRM, Google Sheets, data entry, etc.)
Positive, professional, and able to multitask
Prior call booking experience
Ambitious individuals looking to grow within a thriving company

What You'll Do:

Call and schedule appointments from various lead methods
Confirm upcoming appointments
Assign and dispatch appointments to field representatives
Support general office operations as needed

What We Offer:
