Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Aesthetician, where your passion for skincare and beauty will inspire confidence and elevate guest experiences. In this energetic role, you will deliver personalized skincare treatments, perform a variety of beauty services, and create a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help guests look and feel their best while supporting retail sales and product education. This position offers flexible hours perfect for those eager to make a positive impact in a vibrant, customer-focused setting.

Duties

Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care.
Assist guests at the front desk by scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and managing guest inquiries efficiently.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate guests about skincare lines, makeup products, and retail offerings to enhance their experience.
Deliver exceptional guest services by listening attentively to individual needs and offering tailored recommendations.
Support retail sales through upselling techniques, promoting products that complement treatments and meet guest preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across treatment areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment at all times.
Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and services to provide expert advice and innovative solutions.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse guests.
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments, product benefits, and service options.
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to uphold health standards in all treatments.
Experience with retail sales, upselling, and product demos to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
Proficiency in performing body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling is preferred.
Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
Hospitality-minded attitude with a focus on creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.
