About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Regional Property Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, this role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, performance, and overall success of a diverse residential portfolio across London, Chatham, Stratford, Guelph, Breslau, and Kitchener.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the operations and performance of a residential portfolio across multiple markets throughout Southwestern Ontario
- Lead, mentor, and support Resident Managers and Assistant Resident Managers to drive strong property performance and resident satisfaction
- Ensure properties are well-maintained, professionally operated, and consistently aligned with company standards
- Foster a high level of customer service for both current and prospective residents
- Respond to resident concerns, operational issues, and emergencies in a professional, timely, and solutions-oriented manner
- Conduct regular property, suite, building, and grounds inspections and maintain proper documentation and reporting
- Manage operating budgets and support cost control initiatives across the portfolio
- Coordinate maintenance activities, capital projects, contractors, and vendor relationships
- Review arrears reports and support rent collection processes and legal notices where required
- Approve invoices and assist with accounts payable related to managed properties
- Support resident retention initiatives, engagement programs, and community events
- Conduct market research and assist with rental pricing strategies
- Prepare operational and portfolio performance reports for leadership and ownership groups
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in residential property management or a similar leadership role
- Previous experience managing teams and overseeing multiple properties or sites
- Strong understanding of residential property operations, building systems, and applicable legislation
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong customer service mindset with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Yardi and DashQ is considered a strong asset
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel regularly throughout Ontario
- Flexibility to support occasional evenings and weekends as operational needs arise
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma preferred

Schedule
- Full-time position
- Occasional evening and weekend on-call responsibilities as required

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
